- A device that can access the internet.
- A stable internet connection to access the application portal.
- A valid E-mail address — you MUST be able to access your email.
- A valid Phone Number.
- Ability to access the BSU Online Admission Portal.
Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and navigate to:
If you're a new user and want to create your account, click the CREATE NOW button from the Login Page. You will be redirected to a Registration Page where you will fill in your details as they appear on your Academic Documents.
- During registration, you will be asked for your First Name, Last Name, E-mail address, and Telephone Number.
- The E-mail address and Telephone Number MUST be unique and never been used by any other person for applications before.
- After successful registration/signup, you will be redirected back to the Login Page and your login credentials will be sent to your E-mail address.
- Login with your email and password.
If you're a returning user, login with your email/phone number and password.
Preview all the ongoing admission schemes by Scheme name, Scheme type, and Intake.
Make sure to preview the programs offered in each application scheme.
- Click Apply Now on your chosen scheme.
- Select the qualification to apply with (e.g. UACE & UCE, Master's details, etc.).
- Complete the required form fields and upload supporting documents (O-Level, A-Level certificates, etc.).
- Review your application for accuracy.
- After review, select or tell us where you got to know about Bishop Stuart University.
- Declare that all the information provided is accurate and given by you.
- Click "Submit" to complete your application.
After submitting your application form, you will need to pay the application fee by following these steps:
- Click on the "Pay Application Fee" button.
- Then click on the "Pay Now" button.
- Enter a Mobile Money phone number.
- You will receive a pop-up message prompting you to fill in your Mobile Money PIN number.
- You will receive a message confirming that you have successfully paid for your application.
Visit your "Email" section to view your application status.
- If Admitted: You will receive an Official Offer Letter via the portal.
Once you have received the official offer letter, you will need to pay the commitment fee by following these steps:
- Click on the "Commitment Fee" button in your application portal.
- Select your admission.
- Then click on the "Pay Now" button.
- Fill in a Mobile Money phone number.
- You will receive a pop-up message prompting you to fill in your Mobile Money PIN number.
- You will receive a message confirming that you have successfully paid your commitment fee.
- Immediately after paying your commitment fee, you will receive your Official Admission Letter.
- Review your admission letter carefully for important information.
- Follow the next steps outlined in the email — including your login credentials to your student portal.
